Carbon laser peel is a laser procedure that uses the synergy between specialized laser energy, and a thin layer of liquid carbon applied onto the skin, acting as a photo-enhancer.
How Does Carbon Laser Toning Work?
Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is then used to target the carbon particles, causing them to break down with heat, removing impurities, excess oil, and dead skin. This process helps to tighten pores, reduce pigmentation, and stimulate collagen production, improving skin texture and tone. The treatment is non-invasive with minimal downtime, offering benefits like a brighter complexion, reduced acne scars, and smoother skin.

Is There Any Downtime?
Carbon laser toning does not have any downtime. You can resume your daily activities immediately after the treatment. Just like all other treatments, we recommend that you protect the treated area with sufficient sunscreen and stay out of the sun as much as possible.
Are There Any Side Effects?
This treatment is almost painless. Some patients have described the treatment as feeling warm and slightly prickly. During the treatment, some ‘firecracker sound’ is heard as the carbon particles interact and absorb the light produced by the laser. You may experience mild redness immediately after the treatment but it should subside in a few hours.
How Many Sessions Are Required To See Results?
Your skin should appear clearer and less oily after the first session. However, you can achieve better and longer-lasting results if a program of 5 sessions.
